BULK ORDER RETURNS
ScreenBroidery goes to great lengths to ensure all orders are embellished and filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Please know, what we do is an art and not a science. Products may vary from print to print in color, placement, and look. We, do on occasion make mistakes. It is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.
We accept returns and will reprint orders if you are disappointed by our merchandise because: The items themselves are materially flawed (if we supplied the material), or if the design of the final product is different from the final design proof/sales order submitted and approved by the customer prior to printing.
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER. This will help insure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations. If an order is not inspected within the given time restraints then we will still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the receipt of the order by re-shipping the items via ground service. All claims made after 30 days of the receipt of order will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of ScreenBroidery Customer Service.

Notice About Ink Colors
Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screen printed or embroidered on your items. ScreenBroidery is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors (and in many embroidery cases, sew outs) are available upon request.
Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one. Please contact us for any questions regarding sizing. ScreenBroidery is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.
How to Request a Return
Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call 317-703-3449 or email us at email@example.com to process your return.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your ScreenBroidery Online purchase, within 30 days from the date you received the shipment, please return the items to the closest local ScreenBroidery store, or return the item(s). Please include the original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or apply Store Credit with your billing name and information. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock.
Item(s) must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Refunds are issued in form of Store Credit. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges.
Custom printed and all Sale item(s) are Final.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us at Support@ScreenBroidery.com as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request, but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
