Swag Starts Here.
Step 1: Approve Your Sales Order
Once you are ready to order, you will receive a Sales Order via email to approve.
If everything looks good, click “approve” to begin order processing.
Be sure to check:
Shipping Address
Art Files / Colors
Item Quantities
Prices
Step 2: Approve Your Final Proof / Prepay
Before your order goes to print, you will receive a final proof via email to approve, to make sure your swag looks how you envisioned it.
Production time begins after your proof is approved, and your deposit is received (for prepay / orders over $5,000).
Note: After your final proof is approved, you will not be able to make changes to your order.
Step 3: Production Begins
After you approve your sales order, final proof, and complete any prepayment required, your production will begin.
We will email you with any necessary order updates, as well as tracking information as soon as your order has been produced and shipped!
Step 4: Receive Your Swag!
When you receive your order, please check to make sure everything looks perfect.
Quality matters to us - reach out to your sales rep if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.
How Payment Works
Prepayment Information
Before we kick your order in production, prepayment must be received unless alternative terms have been discussed. Production time does not begin until after prepayment has been received.
Large Orders (Over $5,000)
All orders over $5,000 require a 50% deposit before production begins. Production time begins after your deposit has been received.
